१. नेपालमा जनवादी शिक्षा सम्भव छ ? यस्तो छ उत्तर कोरियाको शिक्षा प्रणाली (२०७५ बैशाख २२ गते ०९:३३मा educationpati मा प्रकाशित ) यादव आचार्य दोस्रो विश्वयुद्धसँगै कोरिया दुईभागमा बाँडियो । कोरियाको उत्तरपट्टिक भाग सोभियत सङ्घका सैनिकको कब्जामा आयो । दक्षिणपट्टिको भाग अमेरिकी सैनिकको कब्जामा गयो । सन् १९४५ मा यी दुई भाग दुई वटा देशको रूपम जन्मिए । सन् १९४८ मा किम इल सुङले नेतृत्व गरेको कोरियन वर्कस पार्ट (KWP) बलियो बन्यो । सोभियत सङ्घको पूर्ण सहयोगमा सुङले जनवाद गणतन्त्र कोरिया घोषणा गरे । कम्युनिस्ट पार्टीको सत्ता आयो । समाजवाद स्थापना भयो । समाजवादी अर्थतन्त्र लागु भयो । उद्योग धन्दाको विकास जोड दिइयो । सामूहिक कृषि प्रणाली अपनाइयो । माक्र्सवादी–लेनिनवाद राजनीतिक विचारलाई मुख्य आदर्श बनाइयो । जुच्छे (Chuch's) विचारलाई आत्मसात गरियो । Chuch's को अर्थ सदैव कोरियन चिज वा अवस्थालाई प्राथमिकता दिने हुन्छ । यिनै विचारहरूले उत्तर कोरियाको राजनीति, अर्थतन्त्र, राष्ट्रिय सुरक्षा, शिक्षा र विदेश नीति आदिलाई निर्देशित गर्यो । उत्तर कोरियाको जन्मसँगै सोभियत ढाँचाको शिक्षा लागु गरियो

शैक्षिक, भौतिक र सुशासन गरी तीनवटा पक्षलाई समेटेर आफैंले तयार पारेको प्रतिबद्धतापछि प्रधानाध्यापकले आफ्नो विद्यालयलाई नमुना विद्यालय बनाउने दाबी गरेका छन्। जिल्ला शिक्षा अधिकारी, श्रोत व्यक्ति समेत सहभागी घोषणापत्रमा विद्यालय सेवा क्षेत्रअन्तर्गतका सबै बालबालिकालाई विद्यालयमा ल्याउने उल्लेख गरिएको छ। विद्यालयमै स्वप्रयत्नमा आधारित सिकाइ तालिम विद्यालयले नै गर्ने, शिक्षकलाई अनुसन्धनात्मक कार्यक्रम गराउने, सिकाइमा सूचना तथा सञ्चार प्रविधिको उपयोगमा जोड दिने, सिकाइमा सामग्रीको प्रयोग गर्ने उल्लेख छ। जिल्लाभित्रका विषय शिक्षकको सञ्जाल बनाइने भएको छ। विषयगत रूपमा कुनै समस्या भए सञ्जालमा बसेर छलफल गर्ने र निराकरण गरिने छ। प्रत्येक वर्ष शिक्षक, विद्यार्थी र अभिभावक सम्मिलित शैक्षिक भ्रमण गर्ने, स्थानीय परिवेशअनुसार पाठ्यक्रम तयार पार्ने, विद्यार्थीलाई पुस्तकालयमा गएर पढ्ने वातावरण मिलाउने, त्रैमासिक परीक्षाको मूल्यांकन शिक्षकको बैठकबाट गर्ने, शिक्षकले गरेका कक्षा क्रियाकलाप विद्यार्थीबाट मूल्यांकन गराउने, वर्षमा कम्तीमा दुईपटक अभिभावक भेला गराउने, मुस्कान सहितको कक्षाकोठा प्रवेश गर्ने, कमज
